support@salonamigo.comOpen a visit, tap Checkout, and follow the on-screen prompts. SalonAmigo uses Tap to Pay on iPhone — hold the customer's card or phone near the top of your device to complete the payment. No extra hardware is required.
Go to Settings → Terminal Setup in the app and register your device. Your salon location must be connected to Stripe first; if you see a prompt about a missing Stripe location, finish Connect onboarding in the web portal.
Open the visit in your history and select the payment. Refunds are processed back to the original card and appear in your Stripe dashboard.
Email support@salonamigo.com from the address on your account and we'll help you regain access.
Reply STOP to any reminder message. Reply HELP or email us for assistance.
For payment or account issues that need urgent attention, email us with your salon name and the approximate time of the transaction so we can locate it quickly.
